FEMALE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS INCUBATOR INITIATIVE: ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING FOR GLOBAL HEALTH IMPACT

At VOICES Global Collective our vision of empowered youth engaging in global health at all levels is achieved in two ways

  1. To develop or promote public health in through Education

  2. To provide scholarships to students to enable them to acquire transformational knowledge to be effective advocates for local public health and global social change.

With the above in mind we are happy to announce the launch of our inaugural Girls Social Entrepreneur Incubator Program. Our first cohort of 4 girls will make up of a carefully selected group of young women ages in Ghana and Canada working together on a social entrepreneurship project that will benefit both communities. The program launched in Summer of 2021 and is currently host to 4 social change maker projects.

Our Incubator Launch team is headed by a diverse group of women from both Ghana and Canada with expertise in Microfinance, global social-change, micro-learning, business development personal growth. These leaders in their own fields will act as personal mentors to Incubator participants. Over a 16 month period the incubator will work with participants to take the social-change ideas from seed to pitch-able and finance worthy projects which will subsequently be financed with an initial first round by the VOICES Social Enterprise Fund. Participants will join a global group of Alumni and will have access to VOICES resources to scale their projects for up to 2 year on graduation from the incubator.

We look forward to working with young people who identify as women with big ideas to ignite social change and lift communities into wellness.
